It had retainers on it. Thats actually how I found it. Opened the hood to give it a once over and saw most of a bolt a spacer dangling by the keeper.

If you are thinking about replacing the E/M, get a ATS diesel performance multi-piece, (not cheap), but they are the only ones with approved by CARB.

Thanks for the heads up crabman. I needed it right now, so I ended up just grabbing a stock Dorman crap manifold. I did however spend 4 hours last night porting it. I am not going to polish the turd, but I ported it, knocked out any bumps and chamfered the edges.

After comparing it to my stock manifold, both of them were a long ways from free flowing. Now it looks pretty nice. I hope to pick up a little quicker spool time.
