Talking to dealer about ordering a 2021 3500 DRW megacab. My 2020 3500 MC came in and the color was horrible. They said no sweat will sell it. Options are pretty much the same, but you can get a trailer tire PSI sensor/gauge or something. Looks interesting. I will go Larimie, 3500 megacab, DRW, HO cummins
with the good transmission, 5th wheel prep, aux switches, 12.1 radio, 40/20/40 seats in leather with front and rear heat, towing tech group, option package 2 with the good sound system, etc, bed liner, bumper step,
there are a couple more but I can't remember them right now. Not sure on the new colors, prob go black.
upgraded tires also. Anything I'm missing. Will haul a small truck camper or will have a cap on the back.

50 gal tank is 8ft only, non megacab, I had the air suspension on my 2016 limited. I no longer need it. Walnut brown is way way lighter in person than what the computer shows. The upgraded tires are more aggressive Nexins. I have never had a problem with them in 17 and 19.5 inch.

Too bad on the fuel tank, Ram needs to fix that.

As far as auto-level, I can't think of any scenario where the standard springs are better.

I would absolutely back this up 100%. I will not own another truck without it after having this one I currently have. It’s so superior in ride quality and load capabilities without the harshness of conventional springs.

I hope Ram puts a bigger tank in. Remember guys I am driving a 5500 right now, so standard springs on a 3500 seem soft to me. Plus I save the cash not getting the air suspension. Last week I rode to WV in my buddys new 3500 DRW and it was so smooth I drove there and back and let him relax.

actually, I'm thinking of forgetting the 12.1 and getting the 8.4 because I'm used to it. I might get the safety group. Can you turn off the lane minder? Can you turn off the auto cruise braking?

Yes to both! On my wifes 2019, I dont like lane departure at all, but I do use the auto distance cruise on occasion. My 17 has the 8.4Nav and my wife has the 12.0Nav.... I like both. Not sure I'm 100% on the factory supplemental air suspension either. My 17 5500 has a great ride to me and so does my wifes 19 1500. Just like so many things, options are just that.

Did I miss color(s) you're ordering this time?

Cheers, Ron

Thanks for the answers. I'll go with the safety group also. I have the 8.4 in everything else. wrangler, cherokee , and durango.
I am waiting to see what colors are available , would LOVE black forrest green. But prob not available, prob just go with straight black
because I know what I'm getting.

What motor and trans?

Did you get the 4:10's? Mine runs 2K rpm at about 70. She's a beast. Feels like I'm driving a hungry semi...18K Rv behind it does not even run warm. Cools off at idle in a couple minutes. Last one took 5-8 minutes cool down after a run with the RV.
