Friday the 16th I loaded the software and dyno'd it that evening. At no point until yesterday did I have any of this timing rattle.

Started doing this Saturday morning and now everytime the truck sits for anything more then 5-6 hrs. Engine also stumbles for 1-2 seconds before it idles like normal. Not a large amount of white but a fair amount.

Add me to the list at 49k. Last Friday the center one went out. Rear axle bouncing like a basketball at under 20mph. Replaced all 3 joints with Precision 351's which are a greasable joint.
Just for kicks, we ordered a OE joint from a nearby DC dealer. It was much beefier then the original...
Same results for me with aftermarket inj/stock turbo program.
EGT's were around 150* higher 2000+ rpm too with that software.
Went back to stock/stock program for now. It does seem to be a touch quieter on the rattle then with Stock TM vs. Mild or Moderate TM's which I had been running...
I'd be interested to here your findings on resonator and/or the muffler.
I have the same system but without the flex pipe. Same rpm level and much worse when towing.
