The current Cummins part number is 4089602. It comes with the pump, o-ring(s) and new bolts. For future reference, the fuel line (quick-connect) attached to the lift pump is 3969705 and the o-ring part number is 3010937.

Your liftpump number is 3990082. Your head gasket number is probably 3945803 and an upper engine gasket set is 4089790 (includes head gasket).
