For the last 10 years the batteries in my 02 have been flawless!!!:D How ever, once the temps started to drop, so did the performance of the batteries. #@$%!

So just like the title says who made the batteries????? For I would like to get them again.

I also would like to know, My 01 still has the originals, northern new england winters and I have never plugged the truck in. The terminals are a little fuzzy so I think they are on their way though. Good luck in your search.

I believe that the second gen original batteries were delcos, with the green eye indicator on top. I've heard that the new dodges use interstate. When I replaced mine I went with the Sears Diehard platinums, three years and still running strong.

Probably Johnson Controls. They are one of the largest, if not the largest, battery supplier to original equipment manufacturers along with supplying many brands of private label batteries. And they happen to have one of their battery plants located in Mexico.
