Hello. I own an 2003 Ram, and I'm just not using it enough to justify it. I am going to sell it, so I bought a 1996 12V to replace it.
The 1996 12V shows its age, 4x4, long box, extend cab, auto, cruise control, Laramie, 212k miles. It seems to work well (steering is crap, but I will get to that later). However, it doesn't want to idle. I needs like another 150 RPM to idle right. I figured no problem, this is a accelerator cable truck, there must be a simple adjustment. However, the cable is molded (no adjustment thread) where it attaches, and the ball end doesn't appear to have adjustment either.
I am sure it is something simple, but I am not seeing it. Suggestions?
