Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12V in place of 24V HO

I was wondering what would need to be changed as far as computers and sensors? I still have my old 97 12V and I am going to go and pull it out of the truck in next couple of weeks. I started thinking of building a nice little engine and drop in my 01 HO . I really miss the old truck and 12V :{. Just curious not saying I will do this for sure, maybe just pull out make sure it is okay and no damage from crash and just sell it. Thank you all for your opinions and advice.

p-pump 24 v

just p-pump the 24v it will run beter cooler than the 12v call sheids the got a kit for ir includes lines

if i remember right, lenny said it was WAY spendy. he said that getting everything in the truck to work correctly took alot of little parts that added to the cost. give him a call

From what I hear the wiring up of everything to get it all to function properly after the swap was a real nightmare.
