Why it really helps us to have you pre-register……or at least let us know if you are coming. It is easier for us to make head counts for the food Mary purchases for our meals, plus the cinnamon rolls and the breakfasts she provides. It gives us an idea of how many t-shirts to purchase, how many spaces in the RV park to reserve, how many rooms at the hotels we need to hold, how many plan to attend Dyno Day. Also, it gives me a chance to make the nametags on the computer. They look more professional that way.

We try to make extra activities for the ladies who come with their husbands or partners and don’t attend all the seminars. This year we are setting up a Stampin’ Up card making class and a beading class. The beading class will make a wrist band to go on a watch. All supplies, including the watch face, will be provided for a fee. Both classes require no previous experience and should be lots of fun.

What kind of bus are you talking about? Is it an RV? Also, thanks for the preregistration. When you do have an idea of how many may be in your party, you can email me, and I will get their name tags and all that good stuff taken care of.

I'm wanting to come up but can only get there Saturday morning early is there anything left to see or do? It sounds like Friday night all the factory guys are there. Any Vendors going to be there Would like to see some accessories and some tech talk. would like to see some new trucks and talk to some people about there experiences with the new emissions. I've looked at issue 87 but don't see a list of things going on. Is Saturday to late?

That makes two of us, I won't be arriving until Friday night, most of the classes will be over but the last time I spent the week there, Saturday was the best day. Venders stuck around at that May Madness. Joe do you have a schedule yet?

Is there a schedule of events yet? I'll be able to arrive on Thursday evening now so I'll be able to attend Friday's events.

If anyone is interested we will be doing a wine tour on Monday the 27th at 3:30 PM and stay for dinner at the Winery. Tuesday we are heading out in the desert to do some 4 wheeling and check out a few monuments. Not sure yet but either Tuesday or Wednesday we will head out to the BLM land for some target practice as we usually do. Thursday will be dyno day following a few seminars.
I am sure we will finalize the rest of the schedule very soon.

It's awfully late but I would like to let you know that once again my brother Michael will be attending the May Madness. We will be there late in the week and will pay when we get there. We need and XL and a 2 XL shirt and want 2 tickets to the Saturday night meeting. D. Keith Dewey. 2014 Ram 4X4 with air ride. We will make our own reservations.
