Adding Alarm System, Suggestions?

I have a "early" 2004 that has had a ton of modifications and would like to add a alarm to the truck. I have a factory smart key and remotes, but want break in alarm and tracking abilities.
Truck has a manual transmission.
1st would like to keep the factory remotes.
2nd must have tracking.
3rd must have ignition kill
Don't want remote start. I intend to install myself.
Recommendations?

@CrewCabDiesel, Don't think you'll be able to have #1 and remote start seems to be what they all have. I think that a diy kit would be something that you'd have to cobble together for what you want. You could get a GPS tracker with Geo fence capabilities service. Then I would get a device that works to sound alarm when dome light is tripped, could install hood pin to protect engine bay. This could be with a remote and possible paging. Then a simple ignition kill switch could be installed. Biggest issue is that I don't think there is an off the shelf setup for your MY truck. Great plan though. Was a factory system available back then? If so, might be something that could be turned on?
