With this manometer that we have as long as you are not on it hard you can start to see pressure on top of the filter as slow as 30 mph. I ugh any one that has question's like yours to get one of these manometer they work so well if at truck passes you you can watch what it does in pressure fluctuations.
I can under stand your skepticism I am the same way. My motto is don,t tell me show me. We have taken air measurement in the hood in the neck of my air box, in the stock box and on top of the filter. The top of the filter between the turbo is the only one that really counts. But by taken it in the hood has made me do a small design change to the 2 gen. and a very big change to the 3 gen hood that is under development.
