Looking for these bolt hole measurements from a stock 12V exhaust manifold... like from center to center. Wanting to know if this turbo is a direct bolt up... .

It's an HX-40 the dude I bought it from told me it was already made to be a direct bolt-up... I measured my 02 just hoping the HY on it might be different... Now I am wondering if I should look for an adapter (I heard they were available) or just sell it and look for another...

I know the HX40 is bolt on, in place of a HX35, but not sure compared to the HY. The downpipe will need to be changed out. Flange size is different.

Is it a bone stock HX40, or is it a modded one, like a PDR 40? The bonestock turbos are laggier than the PDR 40 I used to have.

Bone stock HX-40 is not a direct bolt on, hence the flange in the pic. That is why HTT modifys them to fit. I knew that going in but I was told this one was ready to bolt on. I already had a down pipe so I figured it would be a cheap up-grade...

All dodge manifolds are what is considered a T3 footprint. I do not know the measurements off the top of my head, but I'm sure you can find them on the web. An easier solution would be to go to your dealership and pick up a turbo gasket for your truck (about $8. 00) and see if it lines up.

I can tell you by looking in the pic that the proportions are wrong for a direct bolt on.

Some HX40s have the smaller manifold mount like the HX35s; others have the larger mount like shown in the picture. I guess it varies by application.
