Have you tried the BD Throttle Sensitivity Box? Set on 100% it will totally move the truck out of the way and not void any warranty.
About 70% of what Bob said is just not true. Please don't listen to anyone from California on deleting your truck. It's just a bad idea. The head gasket life will not be shortened if you are responsible with your driving and towing and I highly doubt there will be emission testing in all 50 states within the next 20 years (again the Californians are brainwashed). I have my '16 w/ Aisin tuned with High Power Performance (HPP) and really like it a lot. There customer service is second to none even on the weekends when they are not open they will respond if you have an issue. I am getting about 2 mpg better since deleting also. The problem with these forums is that people with no real world experience answer based on things they have read somewhere else. It's really sad.... If you did get your truck tuned, I would highly recommend Ez-Lynk with HPP from
https://www.rollinsmokediesel.com/pd-2013-2018-cummins-6-7-hpp-ez-lynk-upgrade-package.cfm. It's about $1700 for programmer, exhaust and egr delete.
