Block Heater??

I have a new block heater cable. Where does the plugin exit on the truck from the factory on an 06 truck? I hear under hood,through the grill or under the toe hook. Also are there holes for the fasteners? This is an OME cord

Yes, it exits under or near the passenger side tow hook. The supports snap into holes in the sheetmetal etc. bg
