2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission blown starter fuse

Jump started a truck today. Shut it down and started it again about 30 minutes later then shut it off again. went back out a few hours later and would not crank. Checked the starter fuses. The one under the hood ( 20 amp) was blown. 1st time that one went. Any ideas why that blew? is this the start of a bad starter?

found my answer

did a second search and found the solution. Apparently bad wiring from the factory and needs replaced per TSB 08-01-00 rev A
