It is time to upgrade the old interior for my 95. I just got done replacing the heater core (what a pain... that jobs was), put in the Geno dash cover and now it is time to reward myself with a new carpet and seats! I want to REPLACE them not cover them up. I am leaning toward the Katzkins ($1. 2k+) but I like to do my own work and I don't think they will sell it without going through a dealer that will install them. Let me know if my thinking is wrong. I found that Leatherseat.com ($6-8 hundred) has a great video for the do-it-yourself guys and will sell direct. When I did a search at TDR I found a lot of info about seat slip-on covers but not much about upolstery replacement kits. If you have other company's to pitch that have treated you good I, (we all) would like your inputs.

As for floor carpet, so far, I have found Stockinteriors.com to have a good molded carpet with the mass backed at a cost of $216.

that is good carpet, I bought one a few years ago for my '98, fit well and was top quality then... ... . watch ebay everyday you will find new takeout seat covers, I found a set of cloth one's there and saw lots of leather sets go through.

I just replaced my seat covers with leather from ebay got the whole set, console cover, middle seat, arm rest and main seats for $400. Excellent quality, I was told the same brand that dealers use. I am very happy with them.

Who was the seller?

Ebay would be the cheapest, I'm sure, aside perhaps Craigslist..... Also, here in the Southwest, the '97 leather seat packages came from a company called Classic Soft Trim, closeby here in Carrolton, I believe it was..... They'll sell you whatever you want, unless something has changed. I ordered just a driver seat cover for my '97 back in '03... . It's getting due for another one, but I may do something different this go around. Also, I'll see who it is the Norseman uses. He does car interiors professionally... ...

Norseman says Road Wire for leather interiors. New, anyway. I'm sure they're not at cheap as the Ebay seats, though. I know the Road Wire will be well made..... He don't sell no junk... . :D Anything I've seen him do in the last 4 years has held up fantastic. He also does a lot of work for the local Peterbilt plant, if that gives you any kind of idea of his work.....

Hmmm, that ebay auction is from Leatherseats.com... ... located in Oklahoma City... . that has posibilities... .

Oh, and don't overlook AAC for a carpet or mat source. I've used them for several years, and never had a problem. I do think they want a little more for a carpet, though. I think I gave $240 for the last one, but that was with the matting.
