Turbo oil supply line

2006, 5.9. How to unhook wire harness at valve cover

Yep, if you jack the front of the engine up you can get the oil pan off. Did you install those injectors or did they come with the build?

You might point out to ID that they sold you 17 year injectors that have been sitting around on who knows what climate and conditions. If nothing els ethye need to pony up a brnad new set of 238's for selling old stock that wasn't checked out. They already found the injector bad so trying to deny it was the source of the issues is just stupid avoidance of the obvious.

Spoke with the shop today. Engine is not repairable under warranty because the melted piston is caused by a fueling issue. He said he would work with me on the repair costs.
I went back to injectorsdirect with this info. Trying to get anything from them to make it right. Theyre not budging and won't do anything to help. They claim the injector wasn't over fueling enough to cause that much damage.
Needless to say I'll never buy from them again...

$3100 to repair the engine. It's getting all new rings, new bearings, honing out the cylinder, and the head rebuilt. Put back together and shipped with a new gasket set. I'll be selling the injectors from injectorsdirect on ebay and buying new Bosch injectors NOT from injectorsdirect.....
Should've done this in the beginning. Could've avoided all this headache. But hey, anything can be fixed with a good attitude and piles of money :)

The bad injector was replaced under warranty.

Seems to defy all logic that the injector sent out; tested bad for over fueling but not enough to melt a piston, over fueling is over fueling. I did a double take from page 1 to 5 on this thread before reading through, Trans too injectors then a melt down. Sorry for your grief.

It's the injector company just saving face that's all. The injector was over fueling enough to dump fuel out of the exhaust downpipe. I tried to get a new set of injectors out of it but they wouldn't budge, pretty ****ty if you ask me. I even told them I'd ship the injectors back. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to dump anymore money into this truck if something else breaks on it. If that happens I'll just drag it to the side of the road with a for sale sign on it :)
