China shipping containers

I am looking at getting a container of products from china. I however have never done this before. Could someone that has done this please explain the shipping procedure too me. The manufacture I am dealing with doesn't speak good english. Plus I don't wat to look stupid asking so many questions.

Look up ''chinese tractors' on the internet. there are links there that talk about getting a crate of tractors sent over. If i remember correctly,once that container leaves China,it is yours. You must keep track of it at the port of entry and figure out how to get it shipped to your destination. I wonder if your best bet would be to talk with the guys over here who work at the ports?

Farm Show Magazine recently described what it was like to ship your crate tractor from China. Sorry that I don't have more details for you.
