Dealership for service in my area

Anyone in NW Washington... Which service department have you used and were happy with? I would like to know the best/worst choices in my area for the day I need to have the dealership fix something... Like having warranty work done.

Around my area, I know of Dwayne Lane's in Everett & Rairdon's in Monroe, Smokey Point, & Kirkland.
Any others?
