defrost and vent air volume

I am not familiar with the Dodge system yet; however, most cars and trucks have a resistor that is mounted close to the blower motor/blower duct. These can go bad and cause erratic blower motor speed.

have a problem with air quanity most of the time it is ok but some times air volume will not go obove low speed when set on high. happened last summer and in winter with the defrost had the dealer replace the blower motor did not cure problem. havent been able to make it happen for service dept. what else is new!!

Any Suggestions??
