Cisco Network Switch Deal

Doc Tinker?

One of the frustrations is that I can't find much of anything online regarding prices on these machines in order to make some bang for the buck comparisons. Any ideas?

A search on e-Bay for "zero turn mowers" will show 90 hits. Some of these are buy-it-now prices on new machines. This isn't the same as pricing at a dealer, but it might give you some idea of the price range of some different machines.

Happy hunting.

Tom, even if you don't "need" the diesel, I promise it is worth the extra price you pay. The diesels are much quieter and smoother running than the gassers, plus they have torque, which is what you need more than horsepower on a mower. If you are gonna pay the price for a zero-turn mower, the price for a diesel is a small price to pay considering the advantages that come with it (fuel economy, torque, quiet, smooth-running, durability). I am speaking of Kubota, because I know about them and love mine. Everyone I know who has Kubota equipment has no complaints. It is also a nice advantage if the Kubota dealer is close by, as you stated. When you are shopping around, give the ZD Kubotas a chance. I believe thay have 4 models now, from 18-28 horsepower (cast-iron head and block, inline 3-cylinder) and with 48"-72" decks.
