I want to check my fuel pres. on my 98 12V.
I have a 0-100 PSI oil pres. gauge ( New, that I'm not using), with a 1/8" NPT connection. I would like to install this, just to get a reading.
Question: Is the metal on the head of the banjo bolt thick enough to tap and safely install the NPT fitting?
After checking fuel pres. I will just remove gauge fitting, then inst an NPT plug.
This is just an idea I came up with, and I'm certainly open to suggestions for other ways to check fuel pres.
TIA, Ray
