2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Driver Power Seat Switch Voltage

Does anyone know if the voltage from the subject switch is reduced going to the three driver power seat motors. The motor that adjusts forward and back works well enough, however other two motors that adjust the seat bottom up and down in the front and back do not at all. I'm getting erratic voltage reading on all the wiring quick connects though, not sure if the switch is the issue or the motors. Also haven't attempted to remove the motors from the slide rack. Hoping the gears that operate the seat bottom up and down adjustments are usable.
