I say they dont even make it that far, how about they just start hiring some sharp shooters, and start picking these idiots off over a mile away. they will never know who shot them, but will know that they are not safe anywhere. You deal drugs, you die, you dont pass go, you dont go to jail, you just get a bullet in the head. And on top of that, you dont even get a chance to know when when. It just WILL happen when you are finally busted, but you are busted a mile away from the end of a barrel. We are way to nice to criminals!
