Recommendations for proper flaxible fuel line hose?

I see that the FASS for '05's is more than the older trucks and I know that is because of the in-tank pump on the '05's. My question is: how is the intank pump bypassed and will it work on an '03? Will it support a 150GPH FASS with out cavitation? I have the '03 in the sig and I need the 150GPH version for future mods(CP3). How is everyone that is running the 150GPH FASS got their pickup set up to keep from cavitating it?

Thanks;

James

I have a new in-tank lift pump on my 02 Dodge. Can the Fass system simply be spliced as an in-line aux. fuel pump without having to remove the existing fuel pump?

And IF It can... what fuel pressure can I expect???... I have a 15 lb. Autometer guage and not interested in buying another one if it can be avoided.

Thanks in advance.

STK-1002 install on 1999 Dodge with 35 gallon tank. i know this post has been dead for ages but anyone out there have an exact location for the install of the STK for my year and model truck? i would sure save me alot of time if you did. instruction manual is a bit vague and picture they have in the instructions is not the same fuel tank i have. thanks

I also have a 03. It has fass 100 gpm pump.The trick is to have a sump installed.Fuel will be picked up from bottom of tank.Dont need to remove fuel tank.Fass makes pumps up to 250 gpm i think,room for all kinds of fuelin up grades.
