i got the fast blinker syndrome, all my blinkers work and i replaced the flasher and there still blinking really fast what do i check now, i also got no reverse lights if that factors into the situation at all

Assuming you checked your bulbs? Usually a fast blinker indicates a bad bulb somewhere. Try using the good bulbs you have to get one side going, and go from there.
Use a wire wire brush to clean contacts and use dielctric grease on all the connections to get a good water proof contact.
The reverse lights is probably the switch is bad and probably isn't related. I had a similar issue when I had my 94. I had changed the flasher and the one the parts guy gave me was light duty and when I plugged in my trailer I had FBS. i went and got a heavy duty flasher and this solved the problem. So maybe a new new flasher.
