2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission help me plz

[95 12v]

I have a 95 12v and I am having some issues when I take off it runs good then it acts like I loose fuel and continues to to that for awhile when I shifts into od and get going down tue road then it seems to clear up some I had this problem b4 then I changed the lift pump and it cleared up for awhile now its back to doin it again I changed the fuel filter and it still does it any help would be greatly appreciated
