1) Piers' twins (40/3b) ..... or??... . or??

There is more than just that setup... ... to date there are 5 different version that have been built and several more in the works, it up to you and what you want or need.

It's a shame you can ride in my truck to see how driveable it is.

I Just Got The Truck And The First Thing That Happened I Cracked #2 Fuel Line. I Order A New Set And Fixed The Exh Gaskets. Put It Back Together Took It To Work To Show The Guys At Work And On The Way Home Jumped On It And The Small One Poped And Took Out The Big One. So Here I Am. Looking For A Good Set To Replace The Junk. So I Can Make It To Fall Braw.

Jim,

Is the 98 your daily driver? What does the 804hp pull make for torque? That sounds like a handful to be driving around town... I thought mine was tricky in the rain I cannot imagine what yours is like. . I hope to have mine to that level someday down the road. This is my first diesel and is more addicting than any of the cars or motorcycle I have ever had. Lots of good people.

It's actually fairly friendly on the street but you do have to be carefull when it's wet... ... steering corrections are instinct.

I haven't had a true T/Q reading in a year or so I don't know.

WOT runs are a little odd as it does one of three things. Spin a little to 90 mph or so, Chunk pavement, and or fly, I've made so many passes that it's like clock work but last night's test run was enlightning testing something new.

the turbos did not have any gate. but me trusting the guy and running the truck it seemed ok. i did say to my self they should be gated but it ran real good with the exh leak. so the blown exhaust gaskets that had at least 1" missing on the sides from the warped headder worked like a gate. so took it apart and had the flange milled stopped the leakes and pop over spun the turbo. ran like hell right before the major malfuction. what an ugly sound :{ . so we will see how soon the new ones come in and i will start all over.
