Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) high idle,smarty and hrvp

With it being 20 degrees here and my espar broke i found out that smartys high idle does not seem to work with my hrvp does anybody else have that problem?

I would also like the idle a little lower when it is not as cold out. it idles around 900 rpm always.

did u just install the smarty? the hrvp made mine go to 900 rpm. the higher rpm the better in the winter. the engine wont build heat at idle like it would if it was reved to 1300 rpm

no i had the smarty before the hrvp it did the high idle before the hrvp.
