I am in 3 or 4 times better physical condition than I was a year ago. At 51 years old I was working as a logger and now at 67 I feel like I could go get a logging job and handle it.
Atkin's is a helluva diet for meat and potatoes guys but I have been tinkering with hormone replacements also. Started using DHEA in October and it has made a drastic improvement in mood, muscle mass, flexability and aerobic ability.
Did any body else try Atkin's?
