275's from TST come with all the instructions included. There is a special injector removal tool that makes things go easier and getting the system bled is not to bad once you have seen it done. Hard part is getting the fuel lines to seal without over torqing them. My # 1 cylinder took two tries before it quit weeping around the connection point. But it sure is fun to drive.

What kind of HP increase would 275"s give with my set up? I thought about DD11's but was told by Kieth at DD that I would need to upgrade the Turbo. I don't want to spend the money. Just would like another boost and still be able to control the EGT's.

Rich... . with your EZ. . I would think you would get about 35 HP, and a bit more torque... Hardly worth the effort, plus you wouldn't even feel it after a coupla' months... . I have the BD11's, and they add something like 65-80 HP, and a bunch more torque... . Had them in the truck for about 35K, still luvin it... ... As far as the small turbo... yes you are giving up some EGT's but for the added cost. . I don't know if it would be advisable to upgrade unless you go to a comp type box...

Hi Bigstick I just had a set of 275s installed by Billion Chrysler in Bozeman. Only took one hour. I watched them install them and do not think I would want to do it myself for what it cost. I purchased the injectors from Wildcat Diesel for $260 delivered. Now the good part. It is much quieter, smoother, and I got the best mileage on my truck to date. I have 25,000 miles on it. Also you will love the power increase. I t ow a fiarly heavy 5er so I feel as of now I have as ideal of towing vehicle money can buy. I do however, have a Southbend Clutch "in waiting" Good luck on whatever you decide. Don
