After multiple discussions with both companies, I found the issue with my spare tire not fitting after installation of my torklift 30k receiver and hellwig sway bar. It was not the torklift per se, but the sway bar sent had a center-to-center measurement of 22.5 inches and what is needed is 34.5. They sent me a replacement after discussion, photos, etc and were very receptive and responsive to my input but I will say that I will be contacting them as the overall design for my truck still needs improvements as my stock tire fits but its tight and tighter than it needs to be however it now fits.
I took video and pics as the mount location of the sway bar needs to be different than where torklift recommends and the bar needs to be at least 34 inches center to center.
With some adjustments to the bar shape and going to 34.5 or 35 it would give the needed space for the spare without the tight fit but thats a conversation and pictures I need to send to them.
In the meantime, if you plan to do this combo feel free to contact me. I have video and pics of what I did and at my age all the soreness and bruises I seem to get that I didnt under a truck on concrete at 40
