I bet when I pray tonight it will have something like "And please let my truck grow up to be like a KORE truck!"

If your truck came to the DRC compound, you could stay at Motel 6 ( they left the light on for ya!) come back in two days, and you too could have a Kore truck!!!! Spend some time on building a cage, and putting in a fuel cell and some race seats. Then your racing. It is just that easy!!!! Not to mention you might drop off 50 large while your at it!!! :-laf

After King Boardman gets finished giving The Beast its face lift, we're doing an HD video shoot of the truck in action. We had arranged to capture helicopter footage at the end of this month, running 100 mph above El Diablo dry lake on the San Felipe 250 race course. The roll over set us back a couple of weeks, so we'll execute Plan B. "Extreme 4x4" is currently filming the production of Gale Banks' first production "Sidewinder 4x4". Guess who provided the suspension for it? When the truck comes back from Nashville, we'll bring the new "Sidewinder" and "The Beast" to the Barstow desert for a showdown that will be filmed from a helicopter. Should be fun + you'll get the video feeds you're looking for.

I was thinking about that today. I haven't drained the transfercase yet. I still need to check the fluid. I am sure the transmission is done. It makes a good deal of noise just pulling it around with my truck. SBC still disengages fine. I have word that Peter provided a new specimine for us to beat on. transmission will be here in two weeks, and the new transfer case is at Kamp Kroeker. All body panels have arrived and the paint is coming Thursday. The mighty Fred Swanson has donated his time to the effort and is coming to install the clutch, transmission, and transfercase in a couple of weeks. I am still working on the logistics of that event. The Kore Race Truck will be better than ever when were done. It looks pretty cool with no rear body panels... I wonder what it would look like with fiberglass bed sides? Maybe some DRC searching could provide glass too!!!! Heck, lets just make it a Trophy truck!!!!! Just kidding Kroeker, don't get worried buddy. She's in good hands and will be running soon.

Now if we could just get DC involved so we wouldn't have to buy transmissions anymore. That would be nice. Naw, they don't read these boards... .....

As a matter of fact, I do have 2nd gen glass avaliable. The DRC website is going through some changes this week. By next week my site should be done. Keep trying and it will work. Let me know if you want to see some 2nd gen glass.
