Well, I'm finally thinking about the infamous lift pump. Read about the Holley, then the Mallory and then someone suggested BRE... and I got into Gasser Psycho Mode...

SX pump... . are you trying to run nines in that ram??? LOL I have heard a lot of good things about SX pumps but it has been from fuel infection guys running high pressure systems (50-75psi). Any good aftermarket fuel pump should keep up with the Cummins. The thing you have to worry about is durability, I went through three or four Holley "Blue" pumps on my Barracuda when it was a daily driver.

Jonathon... thanks for the info. . I've been try to tell these guys to stay away from the "blue" pump for the last year. . JB

Aren't those Holley's quite "MUSICAL"?

I don't recall which one was/is louder, but one of them can be heard at idle inside most carburated streeters... short of open exhaust.
