Are you mechanicaly inclined?
If so what you are talking about you can do yourself.
The kdp is an easy fix, just takes time and a crank seal and front timing cover gasket. Maybe a puller you can rent for the vibration dampner but mine came right off without a puller.
The tst kit is probably the cam plate, which with a few of the right tools you can easily do yourself. I have the video too.
