Saw a 2nd gen white dually, running northbound on Dexter Townhall road about a half a mile north of Island lake in Dexter Michigan, I believe it was Friday - sharp truck, black mudflaps with shiny chrome flap tips. From the looks of tailpipe emissions, bombing was in this truck's past at some point - he pulled in to the east side of the road, I would have stopped to BS but I was in a hurry - I think I saw a GLTDR emblem.

Hmmm, I think I saw a blue extended cab short bed 4X4 turn around at K of C in Dexter and then follow me out... LOL Tailpipe emissions???? I have no idea what you are talking about...



I did notice the West front bumper, looks good.

Saw a Big Blue 2nd gen truck on the way to work Friday morning on east bound I-96 near Novi... . huge 5" tail pipe, gauges, and as impatient as I was in traffic.



Also saw a Silver 2nd gen with a TDR badge on the grill, in Troy on Elliot back in the industrial park... Dequinder and 14 mile area.

Passed that "SNAKE 75" truck on the way into work again the other night, about 3-4 days ago.



Yesterday I saw a nice-sounding 2nd gen club cab eastbound on I-94. But what really made this truck stand out was the vintage Avion camper it was carrying! I wanted to get one like that to carry on my 1997 3500, that is, before I sold it. :{



Also, does anyone know a good place to buy Racor elements over the counter locally?

Do you have any R45s's or R45T's? I used up my last spare Sunday and need to have at least one spare on board prior to shoving off for the Peru cookout. I orederd some more from www.mairinefilters.com but I'm concerned that they won't arrive here in time. Dangblasted rusty tank anyways. #@$%!

Saw a white 2nd Gen. this morning west bound 12 mile sitting at light at Groesbeck Hwy. Had a cap with a GLTDR sticker in back window.



I was in left turn lane, couldn't get your attention. Then again, I was driving my wife's Dakota.

Saw a white and grey 2nd gen 2500 turning from Ellsworth onto Carpernter Rd,into the Wendy's yeasterday (Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor). Truck had Virgina plates, bullet hole decals on the tail gate, a big exhaust pipe and a pillar full of gauges, also had a TDR decal on back window. Truck sounded great.



Maybe somone on vacation or re-location.

Don, you can get the Racor filters at Star Truck Sales in Jackson. They are right off of Airport Rd & I-94, exit 137. They are right behind Denny's on the north west corner, down the side street. They have parts for just about anything Diesel, and are open to the public. A little pricey, but in times of an emergency, they are the only game in town that has a diesel parts counter that I know of. Give them a call, ask for Julie, she runs the parts department.

Spotted a black 2nd gen 3500 drw in Grand Rapids 5:15 PM Nov 2nd on US-131 north bound between 196 and the Muskegon exit. .



TDR sticker on back window along with a few others...



Don't remember the license - but was a 'ham radio' operator - can spot one a long ways away :-laf personalized plate - antenna .....



Sounded nice - - was in my crackerbox(minivan) looks like all the rest - keeping the winter off the new toy - and regular is a little easier on the pocket right now - this $2. 25 to $2. 30 stuff doesn't seem to go any further on a gallon than when it was $1. 60 :{
