Hey all, how is everything going. I need some feedback. I am interested in a HTB2 turbo from Hi Tech Turbo. I found their add in the TDR mag. If any of yall have any opinions about this turbo, whether it is good or bad etc. your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. By the way, good run Mark. the Chevy is a beast. Kinda ran like it had a Cummins. lol.

Thanks Terry appreciate it! Oo. :-laf Checked the oil today after running it some and it still looks brand new! No antifreeze... . so I'm Definately gonna watch it closely, and I'll make some changes before next year... ... hopefully that 1st place check will be going home with me then... ... but 2nd isn't to shabby considering a PRO STOCK mud truck beat my 'ol playtoy! :-{} :-laf

Next Meeting Date

Well it seems that everyone that has read the last few days' posts are all up for a fall meeting. I know that we haven't ran this by many of the members, but if no one has any problems with a meeting in Hohenwald, I'd like to kick around a few dates.



Being that there are only two weekends left in September, it would probably be better to set a date in October. I know that I'll be out of town on the 30th, but either the 2nd or the 16th (both Saturdays) would be more than fine. The 16th would give Andy plenty of time get some shirts ordered up, and it would also give others time to get in any parts/accessories that they might want to install at the meeting. I know I'd like to have some gauges in by then, and it would be nice to have some good help around during the install.



I'm just throwing out ideas here, if anyone has any objections to the location or dates that I've proposed, feel free to throw in your two cents. I don't think that there are any members in any counties bordering Lewis County, so I understand if you all would want to have it in a more central location.

The 16th would be good with me. The 2nd may be better... (Maybe). . How close in Hoenwald to west Tenn? If it's close enough that our West TN. Boys could attend, then I'd say we meet on the 2nd. I know Nick at least has a pull on the 16th in KY.



I'm sure Gap at least would like to come, I saw a real purdy new truck outside this morning that belongs to him. I'm gonna have to go get my butt-sweat on the the new leather at lunch. She's sharp man. Can't wait to ride in it.



MAN!! That gives me a DEADLINE!! Youch! I went by the local screenprinting shop Saturday. Of course they don't have business hours on Saturdays. I'm gonna check around town here in the next day or so. Trying to keep the miles off the truck, I've got a gremelin in my trailer wiring and about 200 miles on the fact warranty. I'll let the dodge techs chase this one down on their dollar.

Just got of phone with Red. Got alot of wrong parts that set us back. Still stacking motor back up. Gotta run the new pump in on the stand and get her tweaked in... . blah blah...

Andy - Hohenwald is exactly 30 miles from the Tennessee River by Highway 412. The best I can remember, Nick is in Medon and it looks like he's about 90 miles away. The 2nd would be more than fine with me if everyone else agrees.



I wouldn't get in a rush over the shirts either, the 2nd is less than 3 weeks away and that might be pushing it - so don't let it put you out any.

Oh, the pull the weekend is a meeting too, but I'd love to come out to Howenwald in October--if I'm not in FL. I need to schedule my fishing trip for that month.

Meacham overtorqued his FLEX (edit) plate--no engine trouble.



And I'm shopping for another truck, here's what I'm looking for: 01 or 02 with low miles. 5 or 6 speed, quad, shortbed, 4 or 2 WD, Red is her favorite color so far.

Doesn't work to hold meeting after pulling starts.



Report on the Green One: Boost up about 8#, less smoke, GF does NOT like the sound coming from the glovebox. :-laf I still have some twiddling to do under the hood.



Ivan my funkify the track conditions, but it dries out quick...

Paul BullDogged Cummins and the TDR, and we have both or their logos! :-{} Oo. So, we now have more options for our shirts.



It's looking like the consensus has changed, and we need a new logo design. I'll see what else I can come up with. Of course, anyone else is MORE than welcome to submit ANYTHING for review. I'm not a designer, and have been just trying to throw out some ideas. So if you've got something, let us see it.
