Well we went and did it!!!! While we were on our weekend at Pismo Beach we went looking at new trailers. It was one of those finds that we thought was a good deal. .

We bought a 28-5D Nash 5er!!!! We have looked and looked and for what we could pay and the options, we thought we made out well.

Now this means I get to add a cam plate... hehehe..... and also exhaust brake... .

Anyone own one of these??????

Rick,

We're on our 3rd season with a Nash 5vr. They're very well made and ours has been problem free. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we've been enjoying ours.

Here it is Wednesday and we dont get our new trailer until Monday...

But also I have been in contact with 2 members about upgrades to help pull and slow down my wifes new castle. .

I knew there was a way to get her to let me BOMB my truck. .

We've been married for 19 years and I'm just now finding out how things work! One trip down her favorite hill with No exhaust brake. . that will get the go a head for the brake. Then on the way back up at a very slow rate. . again a go a head for a cam plate.

We need to compile all this knowledge for future husbands!!! We could make a mint. . or should we let them learn the hard way... :D :D :D

Rick

I think there is a #11 plate and a Pacbrake in our future

We picked up our new 28-5D Nash 5er yesterday. I was surprised of how easy and smooth it pulled. I was able to justify(to my wife) an exhaust brake. . I wonder if I could push it and try for a #11 TST plate??????And then maybe a bigger housing and bigger injectors????

This could be fun!!!

Again the trailer if beautiful and it pulls just as good. .
