Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) No tach,no overdrive,

Truck won't shift into overdrive,tach don't work,wait to start light don't work,OD off don't work. Checked and rechecked all fuses even with a test light,check and cleaned connections at throttle sensor, crank sensor and looked all under truck for any loose and or broken anything. Saw earlier thread about crank sensor,bought new crank sensor and installed, set gap @ . 050..... no change,... Help

Whenever you make a post asking for help we need to know what year at the minimum. The more details the better. Just guessing, this may be a PCM problem. You need a good service manual (not an after market cheapo) so that you have the wiring diagrams.

Sorry, truck is 95 reg. cab, auto with 170,000 miles. also did check volts to crank sensor and it is showing 5. 0 volts.....

The PCM is on the firewall behind the air filter box. Check to see if all connections are clean and tight. You may have a corrosion or ground problem. If that doesn't work you will need to get a service manual so you can check the relevant circuits. There are some five volt circuits involving the PCM so that may be correct for the crank sensor.
