Palm pilot

ever get stapled?? Ouch!!

OK Let's take a different direction... ...

Say you just won the ultimate mega-$$$$ stereo/sound system.

What would be the first song you would want to stick in the player and "Crank It Up"?

"Clean my wounds" by Corrosion of Conformity would be a top candidate, "Green Onions" by The Ventures would be hard to pass, Rod Stewart "Betty Davis eyes" is good, "Return to innocence" by Enigma is a solid choice with great mixing, Neil Diamond "cracklin rosie" is an old favorite, Skynard "that smell" might be the best song ever, Devo "whip it" could get the nod, Jack Johnson "bubbly toes" is a great song, or I could just put on some Barry White and give momma the eye.

Nahhh, I would just have to throw in the Disturbed CD and CRANK IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I know, my taste in music is all over the place, very little rap or jazz though, just about anything else is fine with me.

Down With the Sicknes - Disturbed

Bodies - Drowning Pool

Hell Bell - AC/DC

One - Metallica

Voo Doo - Godsmack

IronMan - Black Sabbith

Man in the Box - Alice in Chains

Symphony Of Destruction - Megadeth

the list goes on and on... . I've got over 2500 mp3s (13gigs) from Country to Classical to Rock to Heavy Metal.

"Sweet Thistle Pie"- Cracker- Golden age.

"Amerika v. 6. 0" - Steve Earle- Jerusalem.

"Paper Thin" - John Hiatt - Slow turning.

" Street fightin Man"- Stones- Sympathy for the devil.

I could go on and on and on... ... ... Rock on... ... .....

Van Halen - Erruption followed by Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love (NOT You Really Got Me).

Metalica - Enter Sandman or One (depends on my mood)

AC/DC - Night Prowler

Motley Crue - Kickstart My Heart (live)

A few tunes off The Matrix soundtrack.

System of a Down - Toxicity

'One Piece At A Time' - Johnny Cash

'The Year That Clayton Delany Died' Tom T. Hall

Anything by Merle.

'Whiskey For My Men, Beer For My Horses' - Toby Kieth and Willie

Lots and lots of other good tunes...

I'm from eastern Ky. I think Tom T. Hall was born in the area. I never thought anyone outside the state of Ky would even know who he was.

I grew up listening to Tom T, Cash, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Pardon, Flat and Scruggs, etc.

I still like to listen to them and my 7 and 9 year old boys do also.

Bobby

"What About Now" by Lonestar

yes its the one off the TOYOTA commercial

or something heavy by Richard Wagner

Ultimate mega stereo system?

My first choice would be the 1812 Overture, complete with cannons.

Second choice would be The Rogues 5. 0 CD. Screaming bagpipes and hot drums.

Third choice? By then the neighbors would have swarmed the house, begging for respite.

There's only ONE song I can think of that I want to hear at MEGA DECIBELS...
