Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) ofv20 30+ psi all the time im assuming this is ok

At idle you should be at aprox 25 psi no less than 20 psi. As you give it peddle (in neutral) psi should rise. The stock overflow valve is set to open up at 22 psi.

And yes, it's pre set to 30-32 psi at the factory.

If it's 30 all the time I'd take that as your lp is pumping good volume.
