Seems like this stuff came out, my engine is louder more diesel knock, tick, ping or whatever you want to call it. Anyone else notice this?

Cetane Number:
In general, the processing required to reduce sulfur to 15ppm also reduces the aromatics content resulting in an increase to the cetane number.

I've been running Power Service in mine just to be safe, but otherwise I am running straight #2, not the winter blend that they sell at the "auto diesel" island or at the smaller stations up here. It has gotten to the point that the only place you can find straight #2 around here between December 1st and April 1st is at the truck stops, which is ok with me.
I do run the winter blend along with Power Service when we are expecting severe cold, but I don't even worry about it until we are expected to see temps colder than -10. I prefer the #2 as my mileage stays up in the 19 MPG range rather than dropping to 17 or so with the winter blends. 19 MPG for this time of year is consistent with what I was getting in previous winters in similar temps.
Time will tell I guess.
