Can anyone share pictures of there rig with this done. Im seriously contemplating having the whole front covered!

Do a search for "Painting my truck, with pics" posted by Cummins 724.

There are over 200 posts and several members posted pictures of their Linex work on the exterior/bumpers of their rigs.

Apart from fading concerns, I think it looks good and I plan on Linex'n my offroad bumpers once I get them finished and on to the truck.

I did my chrome bumpers and nerf bars with DIY Herculiner. Changed the grille to black for a "Back to Black" look. I am very happy with the results. Here are a couple of pictures. Pictures don't do it justice, lousy photographer.

Jvolpe, beautiful truck! I would also like to know where you got those inserts. I hope they make them for an 06. . Also, how hard was the herculiner to do?

Thanks for the comments guys. The grille and bumper inserts are almost 5 years old now. They are Precision Grilles Billet Grilles,Grill,Grills,Mesh - Precision Grilles®. I believe they were Classic Billet matching grille and bumper inserts. Around $200 for both back then. I modified the bumper insert to fit around the tow hooks.

The Herculiner was a PITA. Mainly the preperation on chrome just takes a lot of time and labor. I removed and stripped all pieces that I covered. A full day for each bumper and a full day for the nerf bars, then let cure completely overnight and installed the next morning.

The Herculiner has been on for about six months now and seems to be holding up ok. It does dull up between washing after a while. I usually just wipe down with AeroSpace Protectant after a full wash job. Just takes a few minutes and makes them look like new.

Couple pictures of the liner process.
