Help, I need to know which plate fuels the most and need a picture so I can grind mine. Also I installed 12mm ARP head bolts with "O" ringed head. I torqued them to 96 ft pounds and do they need to be torqued higher and re torqued after the truck has been run.

Thanks for the help. I have no PC at home so have limited PC time at work. I will post pics someday of my project Truck. 96 black Suburban.

Torque the studs to 125# and do a retorque in a few weeks.

A couple weeks I replaced my head gasket and took ARP studs to 96 in 3 steps (30, 62, 96) following the book sequence then I warmed it up let cool for about two hours and line torqued to 110 using the supplied lube. I will recheck things in a week when I get home after having put about 7 thousand miles on it. I personally didn't feel compfortable going to 125 even though others have so I went to 110. So far it is holding fine. I'm keeping my boost below 35 since it's pointless going any higher then that at my power level on a stock HX35. I'm not o-ringed though so maybe you need more, I don't know.

Thanks for the help guys. When you re-torque do you remove the nut one at a time and lube it and then re-torque the one nut and then move on?
