Power steering pump was leaking and I replaced it. Prior to that, I had parked truck on a hard surface parking lot, 1/2 hr later started truck, and it took a lot of power to steer it. also, steering wheel was now at approx 20 degree angle to left when traveling foreward. It is still very difficult to turn wheel (either way) when stopped or traveling at a slow speed.

Any suggestions?

you need to bleed the system if you didn't--jack front end up and turn steering wheel slowly back and forth about 60-80 times--checking fluid level every 20 turns to see if you need to add more--chris
