pulling a boat behind the travel trailer in AL?

does anyone know if I can pull a boat behind my travel trailer in Alabama? the trailer is a 30' jayco eagle (7000#) and the boat is a 19' sea ray (3000#) would like to be able to go camping at a lake about 70 miles away with the camper and boat. Thanks... .....
