I guess that wouldn't be to expensive concidering your time and trouble from your experiance. I would do all six just for the piece of mind, I'm sure you don't want to go through it again. Will all of the pistons be of the same diameter/size? I wonder, because it would run slightly out of balance if there were a difference.

The one sleeve that is already installed is for a 20 thousandths piston and the other five are bored out for a 20 thousandths piston, so they would all be the same piston size.

IT RUNS!!!!!! Got it back together at and started it last night, no smoke and no water in the oil. I went ahead and had the machine shop sleeve all the cylinders. The engine is now bored out 20 thousandths and has the DDP 50hp injectors installed, It will get up and go! I am glad that is over. Now it is on to some electrical problems. Thanks for all the help!

Drove it today to work (15 miles) did fine. I do have a oil leak coming from the rear main. I replaced the rear main with a new one from cummins and that thing was weird looking. I am used to seeing a spring around the seal but the rear main and front seal both did not have one and both are a pain in the *** to put in. I am hopeing that if I drive it awhile it will "break in". Wishful thinking probably. I hate something that leaks oil!

PualJohnson, I think the more miles you put on it, the more you are going to like the fact you sleeved them all. Is your seal leaking alot, it might just be from the heavy oil you coated everything with when you reassembled the motor, or is that wishfull thinking?

I think it is wishful thinking... ... . It is leaking pretty bad. I am going to drive it alittle longer to see if it will "seat" in. Oh well, after what I have went through on this truck it seems like small beans to complain about.
