on this forum and have personally met one non-PC subscriber close to me. Let's figure out some meeting places and times and get a "chapter" started.



Was thinking about it the other day and my thoughts were to meet every-other month at different locations around the Mid-TN area. Like East, West, North, and South of Nashville. I'll volunteer to take the East meetings and would have them in the Lebanon area because Wilson Co is eat up with CTD's, but no membership. Mark is North of Nashville. Heck ya'll know where you are.



I can't find the post right now--maybe it was PM, but SSL told me how many TN members there are and that they'll send us a "kit" to help get the chapter going.

I have meet a couple of people here, one with banks stuff, who are not members. It is wiered, one of them can talk Cummins sun up to sun down, like myself, but hasn't joined yet? I am working on him too. I don't think he realizes the information available.



He was talking the other day about this white truck he seen on the net with stacks and black smoke just a blowing like a train. He said he thought it was enterprise something. I said oh yeah, that's Dave!! All us TDR folk wish we were Dave!!

North of Nashville? Try about 50 miles East. And driving that 50 one way Monday thru Thursday for school @ Nashville State Tech on White Bridge Road. I hate morning traffic!



Anyhow Wade I am definately interested in a TN Chapter get together. Just try and give me some notice on a when as I need some time to get away from work and all.

How did you middle Tennessee boys fare in those tornadoes? We got hammered pretty good up here in the east.

Just fine in my neck of the woods.



My trailer is still right side up. I live just north of Manchester/Coffee Co. I understand they had some damage. I don't watch news.



Oh, and we did into a major hailstorm coming home from the Titans game. I got OFF the interstate and then pulled over. Too many idiots were stopping on the interstate- not thinking about the 70,000 cars doing 80mph- 2 miles back where the sun was shining.



But I am a certified NWS weather spotter and Amateur Radio Op. I watched the radar and monitored the weather nets on 2m and went to bed early Sunday night.

Girlfriend spotted a white 3500 in Sevierville today. It had "cummins turbo diesel" across the windshield and "dodge makes it, cummins shakes it" 2x on the back--as well as a TDR sticker.



Now who wuz it?

Hey guys, I would like a get together sometime, I havent met any TDR members anywhere. Most of the guys around here drive powerjokes and since there are only 2 dodges around here(that I know the owners of)we take alot of ribing, untill we offer a contest then the powerjokers backoff, the other dodge owner is not a member (dosent have a puter)but is interested. When I get a edge comp & dd2s then Ill really shutup those powerjoke owners, they all have the 50hp chips so with my mods Im not very far ahead. CUMNS PWR are you still in school at ETSU? give me a pm maybe we can hookup.

Tragicwagon what county is E-town TN in? How far is it from Sumner County? I'm on the Sumner/Trousedale County Line. Wade Patton is over on the other side of Wilson County from me I believe. So how far are ya? I'd love to host a get together sometime. I have a 2 car basement that will fit 2 2500's but no 3500's and some tools so we could have a mild BOMBing party. Would have to be in like a couple of months or so because of my school situation right now though. Just let me know what you guys think.

"Shotgun" is the slanguage for Cannon Co. I'm North of Manchester, South of Smithville, West of McMinnville and East of Murfreesfreakinboro.



So I have I-40 to the North (where you cross the Caney Fork river 5x) and I-24 to the South (Hwy 53 exit) about 15 miles.



No interstate, no RR, no airport, no waterways in my county--if I could just get 'em to rip out the roads.

Had to make five runs at a loose gravelly hill yesterday, but I made it. Pulled it out of a field a couple of weeks ago with my other truck.



Still like my fo by two.



Let's have a MID TN meeting in January--say weekend after MLK weekend--around the 25th.



Now to figger on where and what time.

We could form a chapter and do a dyno event SAME DAY!



I'm thinking exposure to other CTD's, not elements. Okay, how about depending on weather--Sunshine and 45+ degrees--hang it out in public, anything less and we'll go to MARK'S PLACE!



BTW the dyno I'm talking about is real close to the SUPERspeedway.

Dyno!:{ I shoulda dynoed at BMD's Dyno Day because I slid my factory plate full forward the other day and now after 2 months of NOT being able to slip my clutch I can feel it almost slip and I can usually back out before it does. :{ Oh well not to much longer till I get a new clutch. With Christmas money I got today I have about 1/2 of a SBC FE!Oo.
