I'm here. I live 9 miles south of Martin, TN, 47 miles north of Jackson in a tiny town called Sharon. I would have checked in sooner, but this is the first time I have EVER checked this forum.

Yeah I installed the Pacbrake myself. I bought it off of someone here on the Register. Installation is pretty easy only took about one hour. Hardest part was finding a place to put the switch in the cab. I like it and most people like the sound it makes.
Whatcha think about this snow? I have been riding around all day pulling cars out of ditches( and a Ford Truck![]()

Hey guys!
Great weather ..... eh??????
My baby is in the garage until the roads clear.
I haven't been around for a while, but I am excited about the possibility of a get together and a chapter.
I know everyone is busy so lets all do a bit to make it happen.
Perhaps we should pick a date a little further out and spread some flyers and word of mouth to see if we can generate some interest.
Ideas? Maybe Cummins in Nashville or one of the other diesel shops would like to host a meeting?
There are a lot of trucks around the Robertson and Sumner county areas where I roam so there are quite a few potential members if we can figure out a way to get things up and running.
Lets hear some more feedback.
Later,
bmd

YEAH MAN, them commuters need a good crippling blast every now and again. Shows 'em that they still are city boys no matter HOW BIG the SUV is.
We got ripped! I didn't get but 3-4 inches. Would have LOVED 7-8. Haven't seen that much in a while. And the cool weather afterwards that's the most important. Keeps the sled runs fresh. Yeah, I said it--good old fashioned drag it up-slide it down SLEDDING!
Many times--after the commuters bash-bang buy milk and get home--I pack up the pickup and drive down to a buddy's house (an hour away in good weather) and we drink beer and sled all night on the back forty like when we were kids--cept for the beer part.
And I do it in 2WD. Amazing.
BTW JOY OF JOYS there's a new CTD owner in the 'hood. He called me tonight. He got a 2001 quad-next to the last of the GOODUNS! He was talking chips and K&N at first. I got him oriented to boxes, BHAF's, and LIFT PUMPS. I'll have the BRIAR HOPPER test guage on that sucker within the week.
MORE news from LAKE WADEBEGONE: I took Mom's truck (99CTD) and got a LINEX liner today. REAL COOL- hung out with the DUDES in the shop too. Made management nervous, but hey, they'll get over it.
AND mine is still crashed in the yard, waiting on the body shop to call. Getting $22 per day it's down. Was nice to rattle clatter today.
