I have been considering the EZ or VA or the TST adjustable. Now runing DDII's (low smoke version). The Va and EZ advances timing along with fuel enhancments. If I understand it corectly so does the TST boxes. Whould the timing advancment be as much a factor on the TST Boxes as in the VA and EZ? Not really needing as much extra power as the TST box but if it would address the timing issue just as well as the VA and EZ, Why not have the extra just in case you wanted to get out of someones way.

Thanks in addvance.

<font color=blue>Are you sure the TST box advances the timing??

The VA and EZ are a completely different type of box then the TST. The VA and EZ "plug in" under the hood. The TST is a all out "fueling" box, like the BLue box, PowerEdge, JVD etc. It will require tapping into the injection pump wire.

Also if you do this your stock clutch or auto transmission will NOT be happy. And since you have the Injectors already, EGTs might become a problem not allowing to use the added power depending on your current turbo and exhaust setup. The VA and EZ are much more mild then any of the "fueling" boxes are.
When you add a "fueling" box and Injectors you are adding some serious fuel which = high EGTs if not set up properly.
What is it your looking for?

Your right Eric. I run both the TST PowerMax2 and a VanAaken because they do different things. Kent, keep your eyes on the classified section. I have a VA for sale that I took out of my friends truck after he wrecked it. It fits 98-2001 ETC if that's what you have. I don't know about ETH's
