I just picked up my truck from tires plus. They installed 295/65R20 Toyo AT3 on my 16 ram 2500. I provided them the Thuren alignment specs. This is what I was given back. I am returning tomorrow to have their master tech give it a go.

Thuren specs for my truck is the second line.

Lasty i noticed a bit of rub on the rear portion of my front fender at this point (see third pic) the truck has a puck leveling kit on the front and I don't plan on changing that. Is it as simple as trimming back this plastic?

I went from a 275/65r20 to 295/65r20.

Not that big of a jump. Surprised to have any rubbing

I'm unsure of the wheel width or offset.

Offset and width possibilities are

20x9. 1 or 20
20x10. -12, -18, -24

It looks like its rubbing the mud flap, not the fender flair. Looks like a good fit other than that. Not sure how it will act under compression.

I had the same rubbing issue. Solved it some what by taking the mud flap off and using a heat gun to soften the fender liner and re shaping it. How many miles do you have on the truck?

Wow thats a lot of toe in, definitely get that corrected, the alignment shop actually made it worse!

Your wheels look to have 0 or maybe even negative offset which is terrible for tire clearance so trimming the mud flap is the best option as getting wheels with the correct offset it the other option.

On my after market wheels/rims the offset was provided by the wheel/rim manufacture! I would check your wheel/rim manufacture to see if they can provided the offset.

I also had to remove the mud flaps on my truck since it was close to the front tires too. The tires do stick past the factory fender a little. I ended up installing fender flares from Bushwacker to cover the entire outside tire area.

Mine extend out past the factory fender flare by maybe an inch. I'm going to see what I can figure out from FUEL.

Ok. I believe the wheel to be a 20x9 with +1 offset.

I've trimmed my inner fender and will be going for a test drive shortly.

Would a small spacer help with my issue ? Like 1/4in?
No with the wheel spacer. The more you kick out your wheel or negative offset will make it worse. You’ll diffently be hitting the rear bottom of the wheel well bad at turn. The best size with offset and width of aftermarket wheels for these 4th gen 13+ trucks are +18 offset and 9” width.

They offset it often cast into the back of the wheel or you can measure it with a tape measure and straight edge. Correct you need more offset not less.

On most after market rims the off set is stamped on the inside ( backside ) of the rim, if dirt will have to wash to see, good luck.

Alignment round two. Trimmed the inner fender and mud flaps by about 6 inches and I'm good to go.

Uhhh that shows negative toe, guessing the steering is super twitchy? Might be best to find a confident alignment shop as the one you are using does not appear to be.

Also the before numbers are no where near the after numbers on the first alignment so something seems wrong here.
